What is your refund policy?
All memberships and class packages are nonrefundable once purchased.
We believe children benefit from having multiple opportunities to experience a new environment, coach, routine, and style of training. With time and consistent exposure, they can build familiarity, feel more comfortable, and fully experience the program as it was designed.
For that reason, we encourage families purchasing a package or one month of membership to attend all included Weekly Builds before deciding whether The Rec Room is the right fit. Our programs are intentionally progressive, and each Build contributes to the child’s overall experience and development.
Purchases also reserve limited program availability that may otherwise have been offered to another family. We therefore do not provide full or partial refunds for unused visits, missed Builds, scheduling conflicts, a child’s decision not to continue, or cancellation during an active package or billing period.
Memberships may be canceled according to the cancellation terms in your agreement to prevent future billing.
