How It Works

Not a class. A circuit.

Baby Movers isn’t a traditional class with a coach leading the room for an hour. It’s a rolling circuit you can join at any 15-minute increment throughout the session window.

We have four stations in total, but each session features three of them — and the lineup always changes. That means your child gets a different experience every time, from trampolines and climbing walls to sensory art on our outdoor patio.

A coach leads one of the three stations each session, bringing structured activities and guided play to that rotation. At the other two stations, you and your baby explore at your own pace with coach support available if you want it. Three stations, 45 minutes, done.

The Format

Drop in. Rotate. Done.
1

Drop in at any 15-minute mark

Walk in at the start of any 15-minute window during the session.

2

Rotate through 3 of 4 stations

A coach leads one station. The other two are self-guided with support available.

3

Done in 45 minutes

Complete your third station and head out. A new experience every visit.

The 4 Stations

Every visit is different.

We rotate between four stations and feature three per session, so your child gets a fresh experience every time. Here’s what’s in the lineup.

Station

01

Move + Balance

Little ones build coordination and confidence through supported bouncing, balancing, and hanging using our trampoline, low balance beam, and gymnastics bar.

Station

02

Climb + Explore

Our climbing wall, cargo net, and ball pit invite children to climb, reach, crawl, and problem-solve while developing strength and body awareness.

Station

03

Strength + Mobility

An open-ended movement space featuring rotating equipment like stability balls, wedge mats, and baby kettlebells for age-appropriate strength, mobility, and gross motor play.

Outdoor Station

04

Create + Discover

Our outdoor patio brings sensory play into the circuit with rotating activities like water tables, kinetic sand, and process-based art.

Why This Format

03

Coach-Led + Self-Guided

A coach leads one station with structured activities. The other two are your time to explore at your own pace with support available.

04

Done in 45 Minutes

Three stations, 15 minutes each, and you’re out the door. Perfect for nap schedules and busy mornings.

Common Questions

Everything you need
to know.

Think of it like a gym circuit, but for babies. Instead of everyone starting and stopping together, you arrive at any 15-minute increment, rotate through 3 stations, and leave when you’re done. We have 4 stations total and feature 3 per session, so the lineup is always changing. A coach leads one of the three stations with structured activities, and the other two are self-guided with support available.
Nope. You can drop in at any 15-minute mark during the session window and start at whichever station is open. You’ll rotate through all three no matter when you arrive. Everyone finishes in 45 minutes.
Yes, always. This is a parent-and-child experience. You work through each station together with your baby. A parent, grandparent, nanny, or any trusted caretaker can participate.
Not at all. The stations are designed to scale from 6 months to 2 years. Younger babies focus on tummy time, sensory exploration, and gentle movement. Older toddlers get more climbing, walking, and interactive play. The coach helps you adjust activities to your child’s stage.
Comfortable clothes for both of you (you’ll be on the floor!), socks or bare feet for baby, and whatever you’d normally bring for an outing — diaper bag, snacks, etc. We have a changing area and sanitize all equipment between sessions.
No — and that’s by design. We have four stations total and rotate which three are featured each session. That means your child gets a different combination of movement, sensory, and exploration activities every visit, which keeps things fresh and supports broader development.
Tiny Movers (ages 2–4) is a structured, coach-led class with a set start time and curriculum. Baby Movers is a flexible drop-in circuit for younger babies (6 months–2 years) where you guide your child through rotating stations at your own pace. No fixed start time, no rigid structure.
