Common Questions
Everything you need to know.
What is Tiny Movers like?
Tiny Movers is an interactive, coach-led movement class for ages 1½–2 years. Children participate in playful games and simple activities with their grown-up’s support.
Does my child need to be walking?
Tiny Movers is designed for toddlers who are on the move and ready to engage in more active, guided play. If your child is still primarily exploring on the floor or needs close hands-on support throughout, Baby Movers may be a better fit. We’re happy to help you choose.
Does the parent stay the whole time?
Yes. A parent or caregiver stays and participates throughout class. Your involvement helps your child understand activities, engage with the coach, and try new movements.
What if my child doesn’t follow every direction?
That’s expected at this age. We use simple prompts, demonstrations, and repetition, with grown-ups helping children participate. Watching and trying again are part of the experience.
Is this a drop-off class?
No. Tiny Movers is a parent-and-child class. Children may participate more independently in some activities, but their grown-up remains present and involved.
What should we bring?
Comfortable clothes for both you and your child, plus your usual essentials for an outing. Come ready to move and play together!
How is Tiny Movers different from Baby Movers?
Baby Movers, for ages 6 months–2 years, offers open exploration with suggested activities and close involvement from a grown-up.
Tiny Movers, for ages 1½–2 years, offers more interactive games, simple directions, and coach-led activities. It’s designed for toddlers who are on the move and interested in a little more structure.
Both programs include grown-up participation. Choose based on how your child likes to engage, and we can help you find the right fit.
How is Tiny Movers different from Little Movers?
Tiny Movers introduces guided games and shared activities for ages 1½–2 years, with substantial support from a grown-up. It gives younger toddlers practice participating in a more structured movement experience, with expectations suited to their stage.

Ages 1½ – 2 Years
An interactive parent-and-child class for toddlers who are on the move. Playful games, simple directions, and coach-led activities give little ones opportunities to move with purpose, join in with others, and try new challenges, with their grown-up helping along the way.
Ages 3-4
Our earliest introduction to structured movement: crawling, balancing, jumping, and simple coordination games that build the foundation for everything to come. With playful, hands-on build programming, our little athletes learn how to listen to a coach, follow simple directions, and take turns alongside their peers — all while developing gross motor skills and body awareness in a safe, encouraging space. Silly, sensory-rich, and full of movement, with a grown-up (or favorite person!) right by their side. Built to make your toddler feel confident, curious, and excited to move!
Ages 5-13
Five stages, one system, delivered through weekly Builds. Designed around biomechanics. Athletic development done differently. Not drills for a sport. Mechanics for a body. Every stage is built on how the human body actually moves, so strength and speed have something real to stand on. Our stages overlap so every athlete trains where they actually are, not just where their age says they should be. It’s not about which stage fits your kid’s age. It’s about which stage fits how they move.
