Common Questions about birthday parties
Everything you need to know.
How do I book a party?
Party reservations are first come, first served. We recommend booking at least one month in advance so we can order supplies and reserve coaches. Parties are currently available Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Email us at info@recroomboca.com or call/text us 561.200.6193 to check availability and book.
What's included in the party package?
Our base package includes a private space rental, 2 Rec Room coaches, full setup and clean-up, and play area setup — for up to 15 guests, over a 2-hour block.
What add-ons are available?
- Specialized sport or other themes
- Extra guests (with an additional coach)
- 1 extra hour
Have something specific in mind? Just ask — we’re happy to accommodate special requests.
What's your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. Deposits are fully refundable up to one week before your party date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the party are non-refundable.
When is final payment due?
Final payment is due the day of the party.
Can we arrive early to set up?
Our coaches handle all setup and clean-up before and after the party. If you’d like to set up something special yourself (like a dessert table), parents are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early.
What's provided for food and setup?
We provide a 6-foot table plus a table and chairs for the kids to eat at. Tablecloths are the parent’s responsibility. There’s a break room with a refrigerator and storage available, though we don’t have a full kitchen.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Yes! Outside food and cake are welcome. We don’t provide food ourselves, but ask us for local recommendations if you need them.
Are decorations allowed?
Yes — balloons and standard decorations are welcome. To keep our floors clean and safe, we don’t allow confetti, silly string, piñatas, or other messy decorations.
What should kids wear?
Socks or bare feet only — no shoes are allowed on the gym floor.
What happens during the party?
Your party comes with a dedicated head coach, who will reach out a few days in advance to plan the flow of your event — including when kids will eat, class time, cake cutting, and the age range of your guests. A full class is included, but it’s completely optional — kids are welcome to just enjoy open play instead.
Is there an age minimum to participate?
No age minimum — all ages are welcome to join in.
Can we add extra time on the day of the party?
Extra time must be purchased and booked in advance. Because we may have another party scheduled right after yours, we can’t guarantee availability for same-day extensions.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included but always appreciated — our coaches work hard to make your party great!

Ages 6 Months – 2 Years
A parent-and-child movement experience built around exploration. Babies and toddlers follow their curiosity through an inviting space, with suggested activities, hands-on support from their grown-up, and coaching to help them try new movements.
Ages 1½ – 2 Years
An interactive parent-and-child class for toddlers who are on the move. Playful games, simple directions, and coach-led activities give little ones opportunities to move with purpose, join in with others, and try new challenges, with their grown-up helping along the way.
Ages 3-4
Our earliest introduction to structured movement: crawling, balancing, jumping, and simple coordination games that build the foundation for everything to come. With playful, hands-on build programming, our little athletes learn how to listen to a coach, follow simple directions, and take turns alongside their peers — all while developing gross motor skills and body awareness in a safe, encouraging space. Silly, sensory-rich, and full of movement, with a grown-up (or favorite person!) right by their side. Built to make your toddler feel confident, curious, and excited to move!
