Effective Date: August 26, 2026
Welcome to The Rec Room. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, online services, registration systems, and other digital services operated by The Rec Room LLC (“The Rec Room,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, creating an account, registering for a program, or purchasing a membership, class package, or other service through our website, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or online services.
1. ELIGIBILITY & PARENT/GUARDIAN RESPONSIBILITY
The Rec Room provides athletic development, fitness, recreational, and related programming for children and families.
Purchases, registrations, memberships, class packages, waivers, and account creation for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian or another adult authorized to act on the child’s behalf.
By registering a minor, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information and permissions required for that child’s participation.
2. ACCOUNTS & REGISTRATION
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, purchasing services, or registering a participant.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
Please notify The Rec Room promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. MEMBERSHIPS, CLASS PACKAGES & PROGRAMS
The Rec Room may offer memberships, class packages, camps, events, private training, parties, special programs, and other services.
Pricing, availability, schedules, age requirements, program descriptions, and other terms may vary by service and may change from time to time.
Certain memberships or programs may be subject to additional agreements, policies, waivers, or terms presented at registration or purchase. Those additional terms are incorporated into your agreement with The Rec Room when accepted.
4. PAYMENTS
You agree to pay all fees associated with the memberships, class packages, programs, products, or services you purchase.
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable fees.
Recurring memberships or automatically renewing class packages may require authorization for recurring charges. The specific billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation requirements applicable to recurring purchases will be disclosed at enrollment and governed by the applicable membership or purchase agreement.
5. SCHEDULING & RESERVATIONS
Class participation is subject to availability and may require advance reservation.
Members may reserve eligible classes according to their membership level and designated age group.
Class schedules, instructors, programming, and availability may change. The Rec Room reserves the right to modify, combine, substitute, reschedule, or cancel classes when reasonably necessary.
6. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
We understand that plans change, children get sick, and sometimes a rest day is the right choice.
Class reservations may be canceled prior to the start of class in accordance with our current reservation policies. When applicable, the class credit will be returned to the participant’s account.
We ask families to cancel as soon as they know they will not attend so another participant has an opportunity to reserve the spot.
Repeated no-shows or misuse of the reservation system may result in restrictions on advance booking.
Membership cancellation, package expiration, refunds, freezes, and other account-related policies may be governed by separate terms presented at the time of purchase.
7. AGE GROUPS & PROGRAM PLACEMENT
The Rec Room organizes programs by age and developmental level.
Some age groups intentionally overlap. Parents or guardians may initially select an appropriate eligible group based on their child’s age and needs.
The Rec Room reserves the right to recommend or require placement in a different class or program when we reasonably believe another group is more appropriate for the participant’s safety, development, or overall class experience.
8. SAFETY & PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Participants are expected to follow instructions from The Rec Room coaches and staff and comply with facility and equipment rules.
The Rec Room may limit or discontinue a participant’s involvement in an activity when staff reasonably believe participation creates a safety concern for that participant or others.
Disruptive, dangerous, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward participants, families, coaches, or staff may result in removal from a class, program, or facility.
Participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. Participation may therefore require acceptance of a separate assumption-of-risk and liability waiver before a child may participate.
9. HEALTH & PARTICIPATION
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether their child is able to safely participate in a particular program or activity and for providing The Rec Room with relevant information requested as part of registration or participation.
Please do not bring a child to class when illness or another condition makes participation inappropriate or could reasonably affect other participants.
The Rec Room may decline or discontinue participation when staff reasonably believe doing so is appropriate for the safety or well-being of a participant or the group.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Rec Room website and its content, including our name, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, written materials, program materials, and other original content, are owned by or licensed to The Rec Room and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

11. PHOTOS & VIDEO
The Rec Room may photograph or record activities, classes, events, or the facility.
Permission to use an identifiable child’s image or likeness for promotional or commercial purposes will be addressed through an applicable photo/video release or other consent process.
Nothing in these Terms alone requires a parent or guardian to grant promotional use of their child’s image.
12. EMAIL & TEXT COMMUNICATIONS
By providing contact information, you may receive transactional or service-related communications regarding registrations, purchases, memberships, scheduling, closures, account activity, or other services you request.
If you separately consent to receive marketing emails or promotional text messages, you may receive promotional communications from The Rec Room.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of promotional text messages and HELP for assistance.
