Why The Rec Room
Their first real sport.
Little Athletes is where 3 and 4 year olds get their first taste of real sport-style movement. This isn’t free play; it’s structured, coach-led training designed to build the athletic foundation every kid needs.
Each session introduces running mechanics, jumping technique, throwing and catching fundamentals, and age-appropriate obstacle-course patterns. Kids learn how to listen to a coach, wait their turn, and follow multi-step instructions; all while having a blast.
The pace is fast and the energy is high, but every challenge is scaled so your child feels successful. It’s the perfect bridge between toddler play and real athletic development.

Ages 6 Months – 2 Years
A drop-in circuit designed for babies and their grown-ups. Four rotating stations, three per session, 15 minutes each. A coach leads one station and is available for guidance at the rest. No rigid class times. Just show up and move together.
Ages 2-4
Our earliest introduction to structured movement: crawling, balancing, jumping, and simple coordination games that build the foundation for everything to come. With playful, hands-on class programming, our little athletes learn how to listen to a coach, follow simple directions, and take turns alongside their peers — all while developing gross motor skills and body awareness in a safe, encouraging space. Silly, sensory-rich, and full of movement, with a grown-up (or favorite person!) right by their side. Built to make your toddler feel confident, curious, and excited to move!
Ages 14+
Our performance training classes offer elite, science based training principles, while maintaining a fun and playful environment. The proven, high-level programming will be delivered in an engaging way that keeps our athletes motivated and inspired, and allows them to build relationships with their friends and teammates. All performance class programming will be written by the owner of The Rec Room, Ty Stone.
